The information provided by you will be categorised as “Personal Data”, and such information will be used, retained, and protected by us as per the guidelines provided by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023  and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 and any amendments thereto.

Depending upon your interaction with the School, we may collect and process Personal Data that you voluntarily provide to us, that is generated through your interaction with our website, or that is otherwise lawfully made available to us.

The Personal Data that we may collect includes name and identification details, contact information, information relating to students, parents and guardians, transactional details, photographs, video recordings during the participation in the School events, information related to website usage and any other personal data that you voluntarily provide to us or that we are otherwise permitted or required to process under applicable law.

We may use the information provided by you to get in touch with you from time to time in order to provide you with the services requested by you. Depending upon the configuration of our website, such information may include,  Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the internet; login details; email; password; computer and connection information such as browser type and version, operating system, and platform; course enrolment history, which we sometimes aggregate with similar information from other users to create features and reports such as popular courses and most used features; the full URL clickstream to and from our website(s), including date and time; cookie number; courses or videos you viewed or searched for; and the email ID you used to contact our customer service.

During some visits, we may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, courses and videos viewed, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page.

Such information may be used for purposes including maintaining and securing the website, diagnosing technical issues, understanding website usage, improving website functionality and preventing fraudulent or unauthorised activity. 

Processing Of Children’s Personal Data

The School recognises that children require additional protection in relation to their Personal Data. As part of providing educational and School-related services, the School may process personal data relating to children.
